The Jpack springs include two heavy arm springs and two heavy leg springs, providing maximum resistance when attached to the canopy tubes of your Contrology® Cadillac. Perfectly recreated from the original springs given to Jay Grimes by Clara Pilates in the late '60s.
These springs are optional and are recommended for experienced Pilates practitioners.
