    • Words cannot describe just how incredible this mat it. Pictures cannot do it justice either. My Pilates teacher, Lesley Logan, recommended this mat and I am SO happy that I made the investment. Every single part of it is well-made and high quality. As a 44 year old that has had pelvic floor reconstruction surgery, this mat has been life changing. Truly. I do not feel pain or sensitivity on my tailbone. I also LOVE having the strap to assist with the roll up, and the dowels for single leg circles and other moves. You will not regret purchasing this mat. It easily folds up for storage and has handles that make moving it a breeze.
