FAQs

Why did my push-through bar spring come off during an exercise?

This can happen if the spring isn’t fully secured or if it's experiencing wear. Check that it’s properly attached and inspect for any signs of damage. If the issue persists, contact support.

How can I tell the difference between the push-through bar springs and trapeze bar springs?

Push-through bar springs are typically different in length and resistance than trapeze springs. Refer to your spring chart or manual for exact specifications.

The snaps on the exterior strap are damaging my upholstery. What can I do?

You can place a small cloth or felt pad between the snap and the upholstery to protect the surface.

Why are there two safety chains?

The dual chains provide an added layer of safety when using the push-through bar, preventing accidental release or recoil.

Which strap goes on the trapeze—the longer or shorter one?

The trapeze uses the longer strap.

How should I store the trapeze when not in use?

You can either slide it to one end of the Cadillac or remove it entirely for storage.

What is the belly strap used for, and should I leave it on the mat?

The belly strap helps stabilize the supporting leg in exercises like The Roll Up, One Leg Circle, and the Side Kick Series. It can remain on the mat and be placed at either end based on your preference.
