FAQs
How should I store my springs?
Use collapsible tabs for more detailed information that will help customers make a purchasing decision.

When should I remove the seat back?
Removing the seat back increases challenge and core engagement during seated exercises.
Why would I use the optional foam wedge?
The foam wedge helps stabilize the pelvis in side kneeling exercises, such as the Swakate Series.
Why are my springs catching?
If you're hearing a noise, it's likely coming from the point where the dog clip attaches to the eye bolt. This is a common issue with Chairs and Cadillacs. To reduce the friction, apply a very thin film of olive oil to the inside of the eye bolt using a cloth. If the noise returns, clean the area and reapply. Paraffin or beeswax can also be effective alternatives.
How should I properly store my springs?
The springs on the Contrology Arm Chair are the lightest spring in the suite. To keep them in working order and extend their wear, we suggest laying them over the top of the chair back when not in use.
