Our Contrology Wall Tower and High Mat is a compact exercise station that offers much of the exercise diversity of the Cadillac, inside a small footprint. The Contrology Wall Tower anchors securely to the wall and floor, the High Mat features our proprietary high-density padding and premium upholstery, providing stable support for Pilates tower and mat exercises.

Wall Tower:

Made of galvanized steel pipe for security, stability, durability and safety
Push Through Bar with flat center that helps determine correct body position in exercises like Teaser and Swan Prep
Multiple eye bolts allow for precise settings for standing exercises
Low profile, vertical pipes extend just 18.5”/47cm from the wall for small footprint

High Mat:
Proprietary resilient high-density foam offers unparalleled feedback
3” elevation offers space for hands when holding the dowel handles
Two movable moon boxes allow for proper alignment of feet
Wooden dowel handles enhance grip and stability during inverted exercises
Pre-installed footstrap anchors feet when upper body is lifted away from mat

Included with Product

Wall Tower:

Two (2) wood mounting plates for attachment to both the wall and floor with four (4) lag bolts.
Arm and leg springs (2 each), handles (2), push-through bar, push through bar springs (2), roll-back bar, safety chain, and storage chain
Protective vinyl sleeves to keep the lower mount springs from damaging the Mat

High Mat:

Mat with attached handles and footstrap
Moon boxes
