The High Mat provides strong, stable support for Pilates mat exercise. Featuring our proprietary resilient high-density foam and premium upholstery, it enhances floor exercises with the authentic feel of the original apparatus. Includes Dowel Handles for stability and durable cotton footstrap for support. The High Mat is commonly used with the Wall Tower, and is also used separately.
