\nFirst, we brought you the Contrology Reformer Relay. Now we’re going one step further and bringing out the entire Contrology Apparatus Suite for a Comprehensive Pilates Workout!
\nHosted by our own Ana Caban, our amazing Presenters will each lead a workout segment:

- Katie Yip will do a classical Reformer workout of the basics to kick-off our event! \n
- Lesley Logan kicks it up with a mat sequence performed on her Cadillac bench — use your Pilates mat with strap. \n
- Natalie Rand spices it up with customized exercises on the Arm Chair and Ped-o-Pul. \n
- Lesley returns to bring it home with fun, dynamic exercises on the Cadillac. \n
